另外，盛滙商舖李根兴以约 1,220 万元，沽大角咀道87至93号千岁大厦地下H8舖，面积约150平方呎，现由食店以每月3.2万元承租，回报率约3厘。他于本年7月以1,000万元购入，持货数月赚约220万元。
